職務概要:医薬品医療機器法、コーポレートと社内ポリシー及び手順書、その他規制要件に従って安全性情報の収集、検討・評価、措置の検討・実施、市場からの製品苦情のハンドリングを行います。
主な業務内容:
- 安全性情報の収集、安全確保措置の検討・立案
- 製品苦情のハンドリング
- トレンド分析
- 規制当局への報告・対応
- GVP、苦情ハンドリングに関する手順書の作成、管理
- GVP、苦情ハンドリングに関する社内トレーニングの実施
- リスクマネジメントの実施
必要な資格・経験:
- 医療機器、医薬品等における苦情ハンドリング、安全管理、品質管理に関連する経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語スキル
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と問題解決能力
