採用の目的:
- 感染症・微生物関連、全機材等の製品販売
主な職務内容:
- 医療機関に対する微生物、検体関連製品の課題解決型の提案営業
- 営業予算（機器・試薬）の達成
- 新規獲得、既存顧客の維持と売上増
- 担当エリアの市場分析から戦略立案実行
- マーケティングおよび上司との情報共有と連携
- 代理店管理:代理店への訪問、協働活動、定期的勉強会の実施
- 各種レポートの作成
主な担当製品：
感染症（微生物・ウィルス検査/感染管理）
・生培地
・血液培養装置
・結核検査装置
・遺伝子検査
・感染管理システム
・薬剤テスト
主な訪問先：
検査科、中央採血室、ICN、看護部、オペ室、救急、ICU、NICUなど
求める職務要件:
- 医療業界での営業経験3年以上
- 普通自動車運転免許
求める人物像:
コミュニケーション力
- 交渉力（提案、クレーム対応）
- プレゼン力（製品紹介、進捗や成果 複数の情報をまとめて伝える）
- PC（特にExel、PowerPoint）
- 社内社外における処理のスピード
