Job Description Summary:

• Support and coordinates marketing activities including:
  • Coordinate event logistics and ensure successful execution– trade shows, conventions, conferences
  • Handle the application process for marketing events.
  • Marketing Collateral Production: support the production of marketing collateral, management of  print production, inventory, and distribution of new and in-market materials.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns Execution
  • Plan, maintain, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Demand and Forecast Management:
  • Consolidate and communicate data related to demand and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate to 3 years of marketing experience in medical device or related industry preferred
• Strong planning, organizing and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and work as team member
• Experience in digital marketing applications will be a plus.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Demonstrated resilience, resourceful and initiative-taking with the ability to multi-tasking through effective prioritization to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
• Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
