Job Summary

Finance has launched NextGen Finance program to drive BD Excellence across the function leveraging 4 core pillars – E2E Focus, Excellence Foundation, Simplified Interactions, and Digital First Mindset. The NextGen Finance Global Reporting, Data and Analytics Transformation Lead is a leadership position focused on shaping the global vision, strategy, and execution of finance reporting and analytics transformation. It involves driving collaboration with global finance teams, partnering with TGS to design an enterprise data platform, and developing an integrated roadmap for modernized reporting and analytics. The role emphasizes global standardization, automation, self-service capabilities, and enhancing the digital user experience, while providing consistent updates to senior leadership and aligning with broader enterprise initiatives. This role reports into Vice President, Finance Systems, Master Data, and Reporting & Analytics COE.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the vision and strategy for global finance reporting and analytics, including standardization, automation, self-service, and digital user experience.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams and stakeholders across various levels to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with TGS to design an enterprise data platform and establish a global reporting and analytics strategy for digital finance.
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for integrated reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Incorporate enterprise-wide initiatives into the overall vision and strategy when necessary.
  • Communicate progress regularly to senior leadership and the global finance organization, focusing on design decisions, milestones, and implementation updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience leading large global scale finance transformation programs focused on data and reporting.
  • Ability to influence people at all levels locally, regionally, and globally
  • A global, customer-first mindset with strong business acumen.
  •  A collaborative, can-do mentality, with the ability to drive change management initiatives.
  • Effective communication and strong presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audience.
  • Experience managing new scope assessment and opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to create a value case and manage value realization
  • Mastery and a proven track record of leading change initiatives and execution of global projects and solutioning.  Change management experience is required.
  • The ability to build interdependent partnerships, acting as the mediator between organizations while optimizing the value proposition is required.
  •  Analytical and strategic thinker, and highly developed problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to shape, creating a future vision and gaining support and alignment to that vision is required

Education and Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in supporting global functions with 5+ years in a leadership role in large global scale finance transformation programs focused on data and reporting. 
 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
