Job Description Summary (For Illustrative Purposes Only)
We are searching for a Data Science Product Owner who is naturally curious, takes initiative, and wants to improve health care at a national scale. You are meticulous, collaborative, and define success before you start analysis. You also have experience scaling machine learning models, creating data pipelines, and developing user experience measures. This is a fully remote role.

Job Description

This position will be the business line leader to drive revenue growth for CSAJ Technical Services portfolios. The incumbent will identify, build and develop Growth Labs and Opportunities, manage Strategic Initiatives, design and structure GTM plans in accordance to the different growth programs including championing digital transformation/omnichannel region-led campaigns. Core responsibilities include championing the use of CRM for funnel management as a core element to drive sales execution as well as lead in revenue financials and commercial metrics reporting. He/She will also be representing the region commercially, for Service as a Product, towards WW Business Line Leader for Life Sciences Technical Services.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

  • Responsible for region marketing plan creation and execution, in line with WW BU and Technical Services vision for Service Growth portfolios.
  • Identify Growth Labs for service revenue generation, within the scope of new and existing Install Base.
  • Create and drive market shaping programs where applicable, with focus on building up service value propositions and concept of lifecycle management and to partner with countries to drive necessary changes with focus on revenue growth and paid services.
  • Lead commercial portfolio performance reporting to WW and Region BU leaders, including but not limited to monthly and quarterly business reviews, financial projection and budgeting exercises.

Product Management

  • Build and partner with countries to execute Growth Labs, with strong focus on content building, execution tactics and performance tracking and management.
  • Lead new program roll-outs, with appropriate material, communication, training and launch plans, in key identified countries.
  • Design, plan and support the implementation of appropriate incentives and measurement programs as a key complement to deliver the success of Growth Labs.
  • Ensure optimal service product mix and pricing actions to deliver and meet GP% targets, in partnership with operations and productivity initiatives across the different product portfolios.

Data Analytics & Technology

  • Joint responsibility with countries for Commercial Planning Data across all relevant platforms e.g. Power BI, SAP, SFDC, in order to accurately measure and project growth and revenue opportunities in the region. This will include the appropriate manner and process rigor of data input, maintenance and extraction for contracts and non-contracts portfolios.

Commercial Excellence

  • Responsible for designing and implementing with countries, proper funnel management thru SFDC, to facilitate regular operating mechanisms both at ground level and for high level management reviews on financial and commercial matters.
  • Create and manage the appropriate reporting mechanisms between Region and Country, in order to build the appropriate line-of-sight and to facilitate the transfer of reporting information to minimize non-value added administration and to build efficiency.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and / or Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in driving Service Selling and Commercial Solution Building for Medtech is a plus
  • Strong business acumen with good understanding of P&L, with ability to translate financial information into commercial and marketing strategies for revenue growth
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, SFDC.com
  • Strategic thinking, meticulous and organized in strategy deployment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Results oriented and highly motivated to succeed. Enthusiastic, independent with great team spirit.
  • Ability to interact well with all levels of associate within country and region to drive revenue generation and smooth business operations.
