Purpose of the position
The candidate will lead BD DS marketing team in order to meet business objectives financially and strategically. Ultimate objective is to maximize business output for sustainable and profitable business growth through developing business strategy and executing the plans with effective collaborations with Sales, Application and Service team.
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing team and set up marketing plan for BD Diagnostic Solutions (DS) business unit.
- Business forecast of monthly/quarterly/yearly Manage the various marketing activities including presentation, market research, key thoughtful leader support, congress & exhibition, etc
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products and lead the team to develop product strategies
- Maintain/Build good relationship with Key Thought Leader(KTL) groups Coordinate business work process across DS segment including country and regional stakeholders, and also shared functions such as SCM, FP&A, etc
- Submit all required reports Complete other tasks including TFT, projects given by business director if needed Manage his/her own marketing expenses Develop peoples (direct reports)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Pathology, Hematology, Immunology and Microbiology (above Master’s degree in the field preferred)
- Over 10 years of working experience in marketing and sales Excellent product knowledge and expertise related to BD DS preferred.
- Presentation skills Fluent English & Korean in writing and speaking preferred. Good level of competency in computer skills including MS office.
