Job Summary
This position is responsible for all sales activities and related marketing support in order to achieve the sales target within the defined strategy and budget by covering key customers and trade channel (including distributor) in assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Cover institution and trade channel (including distributors) in assigned territory to achieve sales target through appropriate product promotion, education, service, and develop good relationship with key customer;
- Build up strong a relationship with key stakeholder of assigned account through continuous engagement and communication;
- Understand customer needs and requirement, and provide them with appropriate product and service to meet their expectation;
- Conduct regular meeting with customers including but not limited to end users, procurement agent, decision makers etc.;
- Educate customer with scientific information on BD product;
- Support hospital tender by communicating with key stakeholder, participating in bidding conference, conducting technical seminar and so on;
- Manage distributor/retailor in assigned territory by regularly visiting and conducting business review meeting;
- Coordinate resource internally to support customer needs such as product supply, training and so on;
- Develop new business opportunities by establishing good relationships with new potential customers, discovering new sales point and channel;
- Collect market & sales data, feedback of customers and market trend, report it to manager in timely manner;
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor or above, major in Nursing or Business administration preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years working experience in medical device industry. (Experiences in General hospitals and clinics are also preferred.)
- Competency: Good learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, team work spirit and self-motivated.
- Language: Excellent English is preferred.
