JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for all sales activities promoting the endourology products to both new and existing customers within the assigned territory. The incumbent will work closely with our current distributors to develop their sales force in selling our endourology products.   This will include traveling to conferences, trade shows, as well as meeting with key decision makers at hospitals, clinics, surgery centers and physician offices.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Meet or exceed individual territory revenue goals by managing sales within the assigned geographic area.

  • Achieve predetermined market share objectives.

  • Gather competitive intelligence information and report it to management.

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity via CRM software.

  • Assist with training and educating hospital staff regarding the benefits of using BARD products.

  • Educate customers and distributors on product uses and applications.

  • Provide feedback to the appropriate department regarding customer needs and concerns.

  • Ensure that proper inventory levels are maintained within assigned accounts.

  • Identify and establish strong relationships with KOLs and Influencers.

  • Work closely with local distributor(s) to improve their sales force effectiveness.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Minimum of two years outside sales experience in Medical Sales preferred.

  • Ability to understand and interpret sales data and trends.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology.

  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

  • Must be willing to travel extensively within your assigned territory.

  • Position requires overnight stay away from home up to 75% of time.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.

  • Prior Urological / Endourological sales experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in hospital account management strongly preferred.

  • Experience with CRM software strongly preferred.

  • Fluency in Spanish language preferred.
