Job Description Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist role for lead management & analytics will be responsible for managing all customer leads generated by the BD Biosciences various marketing campaigns in order to maximize lead conversion rate and increase sales opportunities. This role will be responsible for end to end management of leads received through different digital and in person customer engagements. In the process of lead management, the candidate is expected to analyze all the marketing qualified leads, helps sales team in qualifying these to sales leads and track the conversion to purchase order. The candidate should have excellent communication abilities and strong analytical skills.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all customer leads received through various marketing channels.
  • Accountability for conversion of marketing qualified leads to sales lead and end to end tracking till conversion to purchase order.
  • Develop strategies to optimize lead conversion rates.
  • Generate periodic reports on lead management analytics and lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Application etc., to ensure alignment across departments for lead tracking and conversion.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Biotechnology preferred.
• Experience working as an inside sales specialist preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of CRM preferred.
