Job Description Summary

The Sr Manager, Global SEO and Search Strategy will be a critical team member of the Digital Marketing Team and will be responsible for all SEO and search strategies across BD. This role will be lead strategy and development of global standards and be a thought partner to key business units and product lines through project lifecycles and ensure that SEO and search strategies are aligned with broader organizational goals.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Serve as a global subject matter expert on SEO Supporting business units and regions Create and drive the SEO and Advanced Search roadmap for the organization. •

• Develop and maintain global standards and guidelines for SEO and update them as needed.

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for the top 10 priority brands of BD.

• Partner closely with the digital platform product teams to feed technical SEO requirements into their product development processes.

• Roll out SEO governance, strategies, and tactics to regions

• Communicate SEO best practices to the Digital Practice Groups to ensure compliance with global standards.

• Serves as product owner for advance search technology platform

• Provides governance and maintains standards for internal search best practices

• Acting lead for internal search engine strategy and alignment with Business units

• Product owner responsibility for Algolia Search with recommendations, roadmaps and strategies to evolve internal search strategy.

• Creates and maintains documentation for search governance

• Collaborate with business lines to ensure SEO and search strategies are aligned with broader organizational goals.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of SEO and Advanced Search strategies.

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO professionals to ensure the successful execution of SEO strategies.

About You:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in SEO with demonstrated experience in global SEO strategy development and execution.

• Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, and ability to stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO strategies and requirements to stakeholders across the organization.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in leading and executing SEO strategies and a keen understanding of customer search habits across multiple business units and product lines.

• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

• A strategic thinker, with strong communication and collaboration skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
