About the role

Our Customer Service Organization is supporting hospitals, laboratories and B2B customers in the Benelux region. As part of a dynamic team, you and your colleagues will be responsible for managing daily customer inquiries and developing strong customer relations with internal and external customers.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for our customer and will answer calls and emails in Dutch, French and English.
  • Provide information concerning orders, stock levels of our products, statuses of deliveries etc.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating customer information in the database
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Address order blocking tickets in collaboration with our Order Entry team and create VIP Backorder Report to support our customers in case of stock disruptions.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction

About you

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, both written and verbal
  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Order Entry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements
  • Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and managing complexity
