As Global Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of global marketing strategies for one or more products within the Urology and Critical Care business unit to achieve both short- and long-term revenue growth goals. Candidates must work on-site 4 days a week in our Covington, GA offices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics within the urinary incontinence space with a focus on home and long-term care settings.

  • Lead key elements of product management of the Home Care PureWick™ portfolio including, but not limited to, commercial strategy, demand and supply planning, budget management, portfolio lifecycle management, and product line issue resolution as needed.

  • Monitor competitor activity in the market and develop strategic recommendations.

  • Serve as marketing lead on key PureWick™ innovation, new product development, and sustaining engineering projects to ensure customer needs are addressed. Clearly communicate project value to BD with high level leadership collaborators; provide recommendations on path forward with a strong bias towards customer impact, product quality, and financial results.

  • Develop messaging and collateral and lead the approval process to support existing and new product lines within the portfolio.

  • Effectively collaborate with regional marketing partners and other functions such as R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations.

  • Develop and deliver strategic global marketing plans and annual strategic reviews, guiding regional marketing teams in the development of their plans.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external collaborators and stakeholders.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

About You:

  • BS/BA in business, science, or engineering.
  • MBA/Master’s degree is strongly desired.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant marketing and/or commercial experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or other healthcare field with a consistent track-record of high performance and results.
  • Medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing and leading teams and working cross-functionally and globally is preferred.
  • Direct to consumer marketing experience preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to formulate and implement bold marketing and product strategies, convert these into tactical marketing plans, and deliver results.
  • Creative out-of-the-box mindset, is intellectually curious, stays current on new trends, and takes calculated risks with novel ideas. Demonstrated ability to redirect a commercial strategy or deliver a “turnaround” in business performance is strongly desired.
  • Sound decision making capabilities and the ability to make decisions in uncertain or risky situations, even in the absence of consensus, when necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to utilize organizational channels, experience and influencing skills to effectively negotiate and persuade others.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Courage to speak up when important information or questions must be raised and acts when issues must be addressed.
  • Flexibility to travel globally to regions and customer sites at least 25% of the time.
