KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要职责)  完成公司年度所辖区域的销售指标;  对代理商的分销渠道进行调整,提高竞争力及协调管理能力;  与新代理商完成合同条款,签订合同;  协助代理商拓展市场,达成销售指标;  参与产品的招投标;  对代理商和医院相关科室进行产品知识和销售技巧的培训;  与重点客户建立良好的长期合作关系;  制定明确的区域发展计划,配合代理商确定重点推广产品和市场活动。
