Business Process Coordinator

Job Description Summary

About the role:

The ZebraSci Business Process and Project Manager, reporting to Combination Products Operations Manager, will be responsible for tracking and monitoring of service execution activities across various functions and will support the Business Development Managers in overseeing the existing accounts and developing new accounts within the parenteral drug delivery space.

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Coordinate internal and external activities with the cross-functional team, track and report on regular basis progress of key milestones delivery

  • Support with preparation of customer proposals, quotes and statements of work with company technical experts to support customer combination product development requirements

  • Drive purchase order execution activities and manage/supportpurchase order kick-off with customer and cross-functional team when needed

  • Support deal structure and pricing with business/market-based value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals

  • Support development and improvement of Services processes and tools with the support of the adequate functions

  • Establish working relationships with customer contacts as needed

Skill Requirements

  • Technical and industry knowledge in drug delivery or medical devices required

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Offer: Excell, Word, Power Point and Projects

  • Ability to analyze workflows and implement best practices

  • Project management, including planning, execution and stakeholder coordination

  • Ability to work across various functions

Experience & Education: 

  • BS/BA required, Finance or Accounting preferably or in a science or engineering discipline

  • 3+ years of industrial experience in a pharmaceutical organization with combination product or device industry knowledge require 

  • Knowledge in project management including planning, budget and resources management, PMP certification is a plus

  • Salesforce experience is preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, solid organization/prioritization skills and passion for customer centricity

  • Ability to multitask and be adaptable to a fast pace and dynamic business environment

  • May require ~15% travel.
