About us

In 1964, BD was looking for the perfect location to break ground on their first manufacturing plant in Ireland. They chose Drogheda, and the contributions our site has made in the years since have more than validated that decision. Located on the Donore Road, close to exit 9 on the M1, Drogheda is a prime manufacturer of products that make oncology, interventional radiology and critical care quicker and easier. Recent investments have led to an increase in the number of production lines, which in turn has increased demand for operators, engineers and support functions.

Being a large business in the local community, each year we undertake a wide range of initiatives improving lives.
